What yogurt is best

I love yogurt and looking for the best brand for a lean bulk while carb cycling. I'm currently eating lime dannon oikos Greek yogurt but its like 17g sugar per 5.3 oz

I like that, I think its called Chobani or something like that. Its greek yogurt, its good.

You know if your worried about sugar then you may want to try taking some plain yogurt and just put a little natural fruit spread in it. That way you can adjust how much is in there and its really good that way too.

I personally like FAGE. Doesn't have that sour tang like the other ones

I like LK's. Takes some getting used to eating it warm but it has a great nutrition profile.

Fage 0% plain for me. Has a better nutrient profile (imo) than the other big brands. I put my oats, cinnamon and splenda in it mix it all up and let it get frosty in the freezer.

I've been wanting to try it.

Tastes really good. I like it a lot. I use chocolate, strawberry, and banana cream optimum nutrition. When you mix it up it gets that fluffy mouse type of texture.
