Nice...I used to love to take GABA, best sleep ever. A buddy of mine got me some gabapentin which is a more potent version without the tingling 500 mg and you slept like a baby, trensomnia no problem gabapentin to the rescue.

The basic staples for me are:
Whey protein
Casein protein (for about 30 mins before bed)
Zinc and Magnesium (before going to bed, helps relaxation and dropping off to sleep)
Omega 3 Fish Oils
Multi-Vitamin
Caffeine pills (200mg tabs - for preworkout)

On occasion:
Creatine - I dont use it too often as i find I retain a LOT of water when i do
L-Leucine
Glutamine
Apple Fibre - (just mix 5g into a shake for healthy bowel movements)

Other things I keep handy
Liquid egg whites
100% natural peanut butter
100% natural almond butter
Oats
