Long time no see bud. To answer for post #12, yes. I get pretty good pumps all the time but for me, A-drol at 100mg ED, not on 50mg ED and D-bol at 50mg ED but not 25mg ED can make my biceps fee like they are going to explode while running high carbs and low reps. Painful. Give it a try some time and you will see. Or supersetting high rep cable bicep w/cable pushdowns not stopping for rest, just switching from set to set, or even cable dropsets down to the last pin.
If you experience it, you will know. Same with high rep Deads for my back or Moderate reps, slow down 2sec up supersetted with low weight hack squats. Those can make me feel like a pu$$y and go sit down someplace, LOL. I'm not a sitter either. I like to move between sets provided I catch my breath.
Back pumps are pretty common from what I've read over the years, biceps not so much. Most like to hit em hard and heavy. I like to keep things mixed up.
