I was using 100mg ed I think at one point I backed it down to 80mg but it didn't help.
just think of an intense back pump but in your shins
80mg of some good var can still be pretty high for cardio. Perhaps a lower dose of var while adding T-bol.
Not sure of your cardio but an elliptical, depending on how it rotates might take some of the stress of that area.
