I have been running it for 11 months now at different doses.

The only negative effect I noticed from 250 mcg to 4.5 mg a day was an elevated heart rate.

Doses from 250-1000 mcg a day were really good for energy and fat loss.

Doses from 1.5-4.5 mg a day I noticed significant changes to lipids and cystatin C. I was also able to run orals from November to July: anadrol Nov-Jan, anavar Mar-Jul, halo Jun-Jul and winstrol Jul; and my GGT only went from 15 to 16. July 1-17 my total oral load was 50 mg anavar, 40 mg halo and 200 mg winstrol a day. GGT didn't budge at 4.5 mg of SLU a day. I was only taking 1000 mg of NAC and 400 mg of TUDCA a day. No glutathione.

The mega doses 20-60 mg. Elevated heart rate was more pronounced, up to 90 bpm. Body temperature slightly elevated. However, I could eat anything and was still getting leaner. I was at 4600 calories then would end up binging at the end of the day, because I was so hungry, eating another 4000-7000 calories. I was waking up every couple hours and smashing a triple stack PB&J sandwich and eating and entire bag of PB Bytes.

I attempted to run the 20 mg every day. I made it 10-12 days before it was like I hit a wall. I had never been so tired in my life. I took BAM15 for a couple days and felt fine.

The second attempt I was started at 20 mg every day then every 3 days added another 20 mg dose until I made it to 60 mg a day. I only did SLU on training days and used BAM15 on non-training days. Started out well, but around the 10-12 day mark I hit the wall again. Took SS-31 for 3 days and felt fine.

I think I am done experimenting. If I was to change anything, I would run SS-31 on the days off instead of BAM15 to see if I could push it longer and also instead of using 500 mg of L-carnitine a day, I would bump that up to 500 mg 3x a day. That may be enough to offset the lethargy.

For now, I am going back down to 500 mcg 3x a day, as I am just on 20 mg of test and 10 mg of mast a day. I am going to cycle it so I am using SLU on my training days with some MOTS-c and L-carnitine then SS-31 on my non-training days with glutathione.

VERY helpful, as in "specific," information there, thanks. Individuals differ, but this gives me some guidelines from which to compare my own responses.
