What does an IFBB Card Holder REALLY Cycle?

I have been around long enough to know what works for me and when to crank up a specific compound. I also know we are all different. I constantly hear about these insanely high doses of compounds being run by US Pros. I also hear of the high compounds but low test runs of the Middle Eastern bodybuilders. What I really can't get is the straight up facts.

What does a pro cycle REALLY look like?


If you KNOW... please, by all means share an example of what some of the pros are running.

Unfortunately I think the real information on this is kept behind closed doors... those that know aren't sharing on the open forums/internet and even if they did there is so much regurgitated crap out there that it would just swamp it and we wouldn't know what the truth was

This is what I was given by a brother on another site:

Tren 1.5gms wk
Test 1.5 gms wk
Mast 750 mg wk
Eq 900 mg wk
8 iu HGH ed
8iu slin x2 day

This is supposedly the off season cycle of a card holder on another board that currently weighs 255 lbs.

I got his diet info too but I am more interested in the stacks and amounts these pros are really runniing.

If anyone else has any info, post up!

You know how many threads and how many times this question has been asked? You'll get a million different answers and guys that say they know a guy that knows a guy that knows Jay Cutler's cousins barber and he told him Jay does this and this. Blah blah....nobody ****ing knows.

Actually somebody DOES know..... several people do....... You may not but there are people here who do..... I don't give a crap what Jay Cutler runs.... I just want to know what neighborhood the pros are shopping in....

I was simply using Jay as an example, you could replace his name with any pro. There are a lot of people that "claim" to know a lot. I can say that if you think guys that are at Jay, ronnie, or Phil's level are taking only 8IU/GH everyday and only 16IU/slin ED you are kidding yourself.

Here's the thing though.

At their level, this is the amount their body needs. It's different if a pro bb or high level pl takes a gram of test and tren, than if a novice does.

So it sounds like a lot, but their bodies need that much to support their size.

And you also have to take into account, that these pros are eating at least 5,000 calories a day.

And have dieted down a whole bunch to get their look.

So I think it makes sense that their supplement usage would be in higher doses, but not because their trying to over use. But because their bodies need the amount their giving it to use the high calorie diet they consume.

I got this from some board but I cant remember which one but here it is

Pro Cycle

12 weeks out
- 3,000mg testosterone cypionate per week
- 1,000mg deca durabolin per week
- 1,200mg equipoise per week
- 200mg TNE pre workout (5 days per week)
- 24iu serostim monday through friday
- 15iu humalog before every meal
- 25iu humalog pre workout

8 weeks out
- 3,000mg testosterone propionate per week
- 1,200mg equipoise per week
- 1,400mg trenbolone acetate per week
- 1,050mg masteron dipropionate per week
- 1,000mg primobolan enanthate per week
- 200mg TNE pre workout (5 days per week)
- 24iu serostim monday through friday
- 15iu humalog before breakfast
- 25iu humalog pre workout
- taper up to 120mcg hubei clenbuterol and 100mcg t3 alternated every 2 weeks with 50mg ephedrine/200mg caffeine every 4 hours
- 1mg ketotifen before bed while using EC
- 2.5mg femara every day
- 1mg arimadex every day

4 weeks out
- 2,800mg TNE per week (workout days: 100mg upon waking/200mg preworkout/100mg before bed, off days: 100mg every 4-6 hours)
- 1,200mg equipoise per week
- 1,400mg trenbolone acetate per week
- 1,050mg masteron dipropionate per week
- 1,500mg primobolan depot per week
- 200mg winstrol suspension per day
- 24iu serostim every day
- 3,000mg metformin every day (divide dose between carb meals)
- 120mcg hubei clenbuterol and 100mcg t3
- 2.5mg femara every day
- 1mg arimadex every day

2 weeks out
- 1,750mg trenbolone acetate per week
- 1,050mg masteron dipropionate per week
- 1,500mg primobolan depot per week
- 300mg winstrol suspension per week
- 150mg injectable anadrol per day
- 50mg injectable dianabol per day
- 3,000mg metformin every week (divided between carb meals)
- 120mcg hubei clenbuterol
- 100mcg t3
- 1mg ketotifen every day before bed
- 2.5mg femara
- 1mg arimadex
