Moderate recumbent bike post workout crushes fat for me.

10 mins on treadmill before lifting. Then 28 mins on row machine after workout which i love, then 20 mins on elliptical. That about sums it up for me

I do burpees 3 times/week. 300 triple pump. Do them with my son mostly. Very difficult to do them alone as keeping a steady pace is important. I started doing them when I was locked down some years ago. Also very meditative for me. We do 300 triple pump. I break for 3-4 minutes after 150 0r 200 then wrap it up. Takes about 45 minutes. Not bad for an old guy like myself. Well, that's what I tell myself anyway.

The very first time I did a burbee was in ad-seg. I was gassed before my celly and I got to 40. He was a southern mexican. Didn't look like much but he just kinda smiled as I had to stop..he kept on going. You'd be surprised how quickly you can adapt. A steady cadence is key. Its a love hate relationship. Lots of memories associated with burpees for me. Lonely sad and desperate times. I learned a great deal about myself back in those days. There are some things I could have gone without knowing...if you know what I mean? The world can be a scary place. I'm feeling very vulnerable these days. I think it may be a good thing though.

Im not doing cardio this time around for my shredder. Im letting my diet do all the work for me. So far, going great..down 12lbs in 6 weeks. Ill be 210 lean/shredded in 6 more weeks for sure..

The best cardio routine I have found is to insert your dick into your woman while in the doggystyle position, reach around and hold onto her tits, and then moan and yell out her sister's name.... see how long you can stay on, it's a great workout

Hahaha, would be s short workout.

I find for fat loss walking as good as anything and easy to work into any day. For real cardio s steady jog/run on the tread mill does me
