I do burpees 3 times/week. 300 triple pump. Do them with my son mostly. Very difficult to do them alone as keeping a steady pace is important. I started doing them when I was locked down some years ago. Also very meditative for me. We do 300 triple pump. I break for 3-4 minutes after 150 0r 200 then wrap it up. Takes about 45 minutes. Not bad for an old guy like myself. Well, that's what I tell myself anyway.

The best cardio routine I have found is to insert your dick into your woman while in the doggystyle position, reach around and hold onto her tits, and then moan and yell out her sister's name.... see how long you can stay on, it's a great workout
