For those doing body part splits, what’s your favorite day?

Mine? Probably not a popular choice, but shoulder day. I love presses.

It’s a toss up between biceps or chest.

Nothing beats heavy leg day when everything feels good and my back isn't tight.

When I used to do that kind of split, it was back day.

The one I look forward to is Arms.
I’ll always start on flat bench and do curls in between (iso off the knee )
Big time pump and that’s just to get started for the rest of the workout.

Back day. A few months ago I lowered my weight on all back exercises and began focusing on squeezing/flexing my lats and mid back during the reps... the pump I get is awesome and I've been sore as hell.

when I first switched to that I had never been more sore.
I rotate with 3 different styles and switch to a new style when the body becomes too acclimated.

eccentric: 20 seconds on 40 seconds off for 5 sets. reps vary
increasing reps, same weight: 8 reps, 9, 10, 11, 12. 1 set every minute, on the minute for 5 sets
increasing weight, same reps: 5x8, 10, or 12. 45-60 seconds rest

In my programming there's a hefty, medium, and light rotation for every movement. What you're doing is what I do every medium day.

Love the pump I get from working shoulders, so I guess that.

Right now, currently on a push/pull rotation with lower body. My push days include Chest/Shoulders/Triceps.

Back in the day when I had no fear of injury, heavy leg day. Now I would say back. It's the only time I feel like I can be a man and use some real weight. The pump I get in my back from lower cables makes me feel huge.

No BS but I train back, chest, shoulders and legs separately and love em all equally.
