I find dips much easier on my shoulder than bench press. Much more natural motion and keeps the elbows in close to the body. I thought I was a bad dude repping 2 plates. On rings, dips are much harder, put way more on the Triceps at the top too. Still no idea why more guys don't use them.
my shoulder issue has prevented me from ever doing dips! i have no idea what the issue is at hand, but once i position myself for dips and descend, i just keep going down, always the same, i am jealous of all you able to dip!
