Vertigo from gear

I get vertigo A LOT when I have head colds. The swelling messes up my inner ears something aweful. maybe you got a cold?

I have been suffering from vertigo on and off over the last few years. All my Dr advises me to do is take travel sickness pills and rest?! Been told there is nothing else they can do? Will research the halpike maneuvers thank u
