I've been using it consistently for about 6 months. I take 2g per day in the morning with my methylene blue. We have an infrared dry sauna that I'll hop in about an hour after taking both. The biggest improvement I've seen is it *may* have improved my cardiovascular endurance.

Did you buy 5g of the raws and cap it? How are you dosing it accurately? I suppose a 100mg dose is a bit easier than a 5mg dose.

Yes, getting raws and capping it. 100 mg is easy as hell to dose with my scale that measures down to a mg. I just use a 00 gel cap, weigh, tare, fill about 1/3 and weigh again. I have gotten pretty good at guessing within 15 mg then just use a pick to pull a little out if I go over. I don't cap a bunch at a time. Sometimes I will do a week's worth and throw them in my pill box and sometimes I just do one each morning. Just depends on how much time I have.

The Oraplus or blend like Jipped mentioned works. The only issue, SLU is hydrophobic, so getting it to mix takes A LONG time. When I was doing it via the liquid it would take days before it dissolved.

LOL I have to agree with that. Watched a few of his videos and not a fan of the guy but trying to learn so I watched still. What about the way he mixes his SLU though? Seams like work lol

He is right on some things, but speaks in so many absolutes it makes it really difficult to believe him. When he started saying SLU couldn't be ingested and retatrutide is a waste when microdosed and only causes side effects, I tuned him out. We have thousands of bodybuilders who are ingesting SLU and microdosing retatrutide that have labs to prove they work, but he refuses to listen to anyone. He says he will debate anyone, but won't. He has been invited to podcasts with the leading guys on peptides and won't even respond. Not to mention:

- Had is chiropractic license revoked for endangerment.
- Cheated on his submission to the Crossfit games. Not in the form of PEDs or peptides either. He took a video of him performing a round that was supposed to be completed 10x and just did it once then looped the video.
- Those close to him say he is lying about having cancer.

He is just trying to sell his peptides.

I went to their website and couldn't find them. Mike said they're going to be released within the week. I doubt they'll last long. I'm interested in the Mega SLU-PP-332.

I want experiment with doses over 10mg/day. Probably will start out at 10mg, and work up in 10mg increments.
