    Add 25lb pps 2 x 5

    Remove 25lb pps x 2 x 10


    Seated iso rows:

    2 (45pps) x 8


    Smith machine shrugs: 135 x 3 x 10

    Upright rows: 50lbs x 10


    Standing alternating dumbbell curls, sets of 5:

    30lbs, 35lbs, 40lbs


    Seated bicep machine: 3 x 10

    Bodyweight reverse hypers, planks, side planks, bird dogs, stretched.

    I thought I would try to start tracking my workouts again. I had to stop last year because of some things.

    Current weight: 197.4

    Currently trying to just lose some body fat.

    I’ve been running 5/3/1 for bench and over head press, but I’m going to take a break from running a program and just play around with some different stuff.

    I told myself I wanted to get to 195 and then start trying to gain weight, but Im not sure.
