Trolling the squat rack?

You never know if it's just some old lifter who's impressed with you squatting..... my wife has had that happen before at commercial gyms where she's squatting ~300 or pulling mid-200s and guys will stare.

That happens all the time when SS lifts but they ask if we mind if they watch her lift. They don't just stare nonstop. We had a bunch of people sit and watch when SS pulled 475lbs the other week.

Admin posted a link to the vid of SS in the shoutbox the other day. It's out there if you know where to look. He feels she can pull 525 with how easy the 475 shot up. We're actually shooting for 500+ before the years end.

Go with a guy and/or befriend a guy there and tell him to monitor the "watchers" then approach them and catch them redhanded. If you turn around and yell at them, they'll look away and act like they don't know what you mean. And they'll be more likely to remember you and seek vengeance.

I have no problem turning around and staring the guy directly in the face, giving the dirtiest look ever. They tend to go away after that. There are a lot of creepers in general in the weight room who stare/linger around girls trying to workout. Ugh...it never ends no matter how bitchy I try to come off to them.

I also have no problem telling someone to eff off if they continue to stare.
