Generally on phase 1 plan ending in a few days, basically cleaning up bad habits
I still have probably over 70, 50 mg DBOL caps, so been doing 2 days on 1 off, might go to EOD, shit is working just fine.
A. Mentally, keeping the stoic hour in the morning, ie, silence, after a few weeks my mind went from, ehhh, dont care to very Vibrant....holy crap this surprised the hell out of me, now my normal is ye old Vroom Vroom, which is so much better for life
B. Mirror check of legs, when at my peak they sleek and deeply cut with nice V's, basically this really keeps my nutrition in line, I have not missed a day and generally they have been mostly good, a few ok's and only 1 bloat day....I hate bloat
C. Nutrition, so what I did was take a shelve in pantry and not throw out cookie or cheeto bags, I am extremely visual so it worked for me, I have had zero cookies, and less cheeto's, cheeto's are next to go
Okay I started monitoring what I ate and how I performed when working out, what I suspected is since I only have 40% of my colon left and the colon is a muscle, and it does weaken, I noticed hamburger meat, eaten like when I was younger has a little effect not much, eggs, well workouts, which I do in am, are good to great, so gotta jump back on egg train and try some shakes, shakes go right threw me, yet they might be beneficial nutrition wise, if I can time thme right, we shall see
I am also going to log cals in phase 2, I gotta know how things go
I am definitely down 12-13 lbs would be my guees, half water, half fat, so feeling slimmer in mid-section for sure
D. Finally lifted Fri and Mon, along with stretching, I am tightening up in my lower back and cramping at times
Holy Shit, why did I ever stop AS, my strength and pumps were eye opening for me.....I have decided on M-W-F stretching and lifting, and Tue, Wed, Sat, stretching and cardio,,,,
Cardio from baseline probably averages 25%, norm know is 20-45......on a good day, not even pushing, 40% easily doable
Lifting, well, with the pumps and strength gains, need a better plan, right now just feeling it out, increasing weights and lowering reps, adding in some stuff
All in all, giving myself a C+ for first month.
