Happy to see you Trip.

Waiting on the TRT doesn't make any sense. If anything, it will help motivate you to stick with it.

Sew, so funny haha good progress

did a mirror check on legs, and ended up shocked

with neuropathy issues all over body in last few months, legs Feel Like Twigs, and I have to take stairs one foot at a time and some days, knees and ankles pain twitches going up and down stairs, i live on 2nd floor apartment

tree trunks I tell you with cuts....bigger than I like or want and average to good cuts which is okay

first motivatator in awhile

Took a rest day today.....one of my issues, without goals and logging, I could easily have trained 10 days in a row

another plus off cimbalta traiing days are generally better and some, yet not enough progress is made

yesterday pain was above average below knee's, numbing doesnt bother me much anymore, it is a feeling of strength and stability issue which has shown its ugly head.....I am ot 100% sure yet i think those are the days i only take 1 or 2 gabapetin versus my normal of 3 along with 2 tabs of dual acting advil

Monday I will post up new plan, hrt issues, traininf, eating, etc et etc

thanks for all the feedback, getting on the hrt train knowing i will never get off......welll....even with 1000's of pins and poppiing of pills, etc, feels weird to me

With my issues i know how this feels ,, i can beat my body up but my CNS rebounds so fast I'm ready again in hours like them old 2 a day football practices in school .. force myself to work a 4 day schedule so my body can catch up to my brain , mon wed fri and sat is a fluff n buff supplemental day , kind of a lighter faster full body thing.

Okay, I can be long winded....it helps me organize my thoughts.

I am very much the X marks the spot guy with everything.

Over last 24 hrs, went thru last 7 years.

IMHO, here's the X. There is a recent HRT thread and the jist was, the body basically responds the same between 400 and 800 mg/dl, strength, stamina, etc. is what I surmised. And even through cancer and treatments I was basically the same on these metrics.

There is a famous Mark Twain quote, How did I go broke, very slowly, and all at once.

Thus, my X bet is las fall I clicked below 300 mg/dl........and my aging was now on the wining side.

No, time to regret, so at Noon POPPED A 25MG DBOL PILL.

Holy Crap, Batman, an hour later neuropathy in legs feel better, I don't now, feels like blood is flowing, moving, where before it wasn't.

Cardio Output 25% higher with ye old, okay, this is my pace mindset....I am not trying to crush it or push, just feeling it out.

Jumped up to 30% a few times.

So, on 10/4/2025, took the noon HRT-FLT, hormone replacement therapy for life train....and away we GO GO GO!!!

More tomorrow. I gotta get Organized, got lax and that added to issues.

Awesome bro! Dbol is magic IMO. If i was not so gyno prone I would go back to it 2-3 times a week. Let me know if you need anything brother.

Dbol is one of my favorites of all time , strength comes on fast and I get an odd buzz from it , like a hash brownie feeling while its working its magic

Everyone shits on it these days most just don't understand how to use it or what it's for ,, it's a force multiplier for putting weight on a bar and making good gains .. it doesnt just give them to you to keep , ya gota earn that shit

Little Steps

Sunday, plus last two days, did the Stoic Silence when I woke up for an hour.

Sunday, took Gapapetin and advil when I woke up then dbol 45 min before workout.

Probably they worked against one another, was about 15-20% better than baseline on cardio.

Monday, mirror check on legs, two fckn bloated blobs, probably worst ever, depressing.

Took dbol pnly 2 hrs before cardio, better, easily held 20% above benchmark.

Pee'd alot, all day, hate hate hate bloat.

Tuesday, mirror check, better, slimmer and some cuts, still way below average. Long way to go.

Took NO dbol, and rocked cardio, start lil low, yet mostly easily held 25% above baseline.

Also, shopped better, still not eating great yet got the goods.

Still need to organize a plan.

Tomorrow, stretch and lift journey begins....again, lol.

Woke up very tired, took day ff.

Kept up stoic silence.
Mirror check, okay lil better than day before

Plus....ate my eggs and clean for the day, probably too light on cals, guessing only 1200 this am.

Skipped dbol, took in two gabapetins and advil during the day.

Thursday

Mirror check, more along normal, gotta few weeks to get dialed in, on my way thogh.

Took dbol, cardio highly so-so about 15% above baseline, 0 oomph, guess calories.


Still gotta plan up, yet generally going to do a Phase 1 , 2 , 3 plan. About a month each. Just so many recent bad habits to break.

Okay, Life BS got in the way and stopped me from posting, not continuing the journey.

I think I got in this pickle by:

A. not having a clear HRT plan, I mean I got all the stuff needed for 1,5 yrs, cancer doc cleared me for it 3 yrs. ago, not smart imho

B. Cancer and covid really threw me for a loop, gym shut down, never opened up again, 5 surgeries and 2 extra hospital trips where I was so weak had to call 911 and get an ambulance.....the first two years of treatment weakened me and because I had an ostomy bag for two years, I nixed stretching which I always did before lifting, so that wained big time from my whole life

C. so year ago when I hit 185 lbs and wanted to get back to 175 and below for life journey, I started popping some proviron and winstrol, had like 20 of each left over from years ago, my guess it helped depress natural T more from when it was low, and made weight gain easier

D. work changed up, I had been doing maid work for friends and family until my main client stopped, this led to picking up part time work as a health care aid, in Nov got a new client, disabled vet who is in dialysis Mon. Wed, Fri....thus on Tues and Thurs he loves to go out and eat Asian food, he treats because he gets upset if I don't eat with him, weird but I dont want him to be unhappy, he has enough stuff on his plate

E. I got sick of Eggs and ended up eating, cookies and cheetos, more than ever in my life, dumb dumb dumb, but I did it

F. And then stopped getting on the scale and checking my legs, both habits of forever

And that is that

Generally on phase 1 plan ending in a few days, basically cleaning up bad habits

I still have probably over 70, 50 mg DBOL caps, so been doing 2 days on 1 off, might go to EOD, shit is working just fine.

A. Mentally, keeping the stoic hour in the morning, ie, silence, after a few weeks my mind went from, ehhh, dont care to very Vibrant....holy crap this surprised the hell out of me, now my normal is ye old Vroom Vroom, which is so much better for life

B. Mirror check of legs, when at my peak they sleek and deeply cut with nice V's, basically this really keeps my nutrition in line, I have not missed a day and generally they have been mostly good, a few ok's and only 1 bloat day....I hate bloat

C. Nutrition, so what I did was take a shelve in pantry and not throw out cookie or cheeto bags, I am extremely visual so it worked for me, I have had zero cookies, and less cheeto's, cheeto's are next to go

Okay I started monitoring what I ate and how I performed when working out, what I suspected is since I only have 40% of my colon left and the colon is a muscle, and it does weaken, I noticed hamburger meat, eaten like when I was younger has a little effect not much, eggs, well workouts, which I do in am, are good to great, so gotta jump back on egg train and try some shakes, shakes go right threw me, yet they might be beneficial nutrition wise, if I can time thme right, we shall see

I am also going to log cals in phase 2, I gotta know how things go

I am definitely down 12-13 lbs would be my guees, half water, half fat, so feeling slimmer in mid-section for sure


D. Finally lifted Fri and Mon, along with stretching, I am tightening up in my lower back and cramping at times

Holy Shit, why did I ever stop AS, my strength and pumps were eye opening for me.....I have decided on M-W-F stretching and lifting, and Tue, Wed, Sat, stretching and cardio,,,,

Cardio from baseline probably averages 25%, norm know is 20-45......on a good day, not even pushing, 40% easily doable

Lifting, well, with the pumps and strength gains, need a better plan, right now just feeling it out, increasing weights and lowering reps, adding in some stuff

All in all, giving myself a C+ for first month.
