I'll just add make sure you all stretch quads, hamstrings faithfuly if your doing dead lifts , stiff deads or good mornings So you don't tear a hamstring l8r!
Yup, that's why everyone should perform dynamic warm ups. Some believe that static stretching before training can actually weaken the area. I can try to find the article with it. I will say this all track & field athletes and Oly lifters perform them (all athletes perform them at the OTC,Olympic Training Center in Colorado) and since I've started doing them I'd had a lot less issues.
