Tonight was deadlifts with kilo-plates.
2 sets of 585x5 & a 640 single
3 sets of 1 arm rows 150x10
8 sets of lat pulldowns
100 reps total for rear delts
Heavy core work.
It was just a rough week all the way around but I got it done.
