Close-grip bench- 315x10, 405x3(paused), 430(paused) & 445(T&G)
BB Incline--225x10, 315x6, 365x2 & 385x1
Bench boardpress- 405x6 for 2 sets
Incline Fly--85x10 for 2 sets
Called it a day. My legs are still sore and squats are on the menu next...
