I have been completely off for over three months, and I'm sitting at 261lbs. A year and a half ago, before my first cycle, I was at 218lbs and roughly the same bodyfat. I've run two-and-a-half cycles since then and three months after my half cycle (4 weeker) I'm up 43lbs LBM give or take a couple pounds. Is that a fair comparison?
My arms grew 3 inches the first 6 months of training without any gear. So 2" on cycle when you're only at 16" is quite doable.
