Alright, we are just gonna ignore everything in the last ten days. It was a few workouts not worth mentioning. I have been exhausted and weak as fuk and it showed. So I took the last 4 days off from work and working out lol. I have decided to drop the Ortmeyer routine. I cannot keep up right now.... hell without some kind of chemical assistance or sandbagging the working numbers, I do not think I would ever be able to keep up.
Also, Wednesday I went to the doctor about the knee thing. He poked, prodded, and squeezed.... and then he took a look at the knee
lol seriously, after he did everything imaginable to my knee, he simply told me to take it easy on the knee for a while. He said it sounded like it was overused and under-recovered. He also suggested I drop about 20 pounds and get back under 200.... not sure about that but I am thinking I need to cut some extra flubber off.
