Just a little self-justification here;
Finished all of last week's numbers with no real difficulty. Even got 360x6 on the squats which was a nice surprise. No knee trouble and all the reps were strong and fast. And then.... I realized I was bored. And, looking back at the last few months, it was pretty easy to see that I have not been very excited about this for at least the last month. I have been using any excuse to miss a workout or move it to the next day, the workouts have been shorter, and there hasn't been much energy into them.
So, in my usual fashion when I get bored, I went full retard in the other direction. Going to be trying the Ortmeyer Deadlift Routine. Started today so wish me luck
