A lot of different rehab/prehab/mobility work on the shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles.
Not much today since I had some household chores.... which consisted of replacing the blades on my lawnmower and then awesomely owning the shit out of my yard with precision and authority. My weight class seems to have increased lately lol. Yesterday I weighed in on our shipping scale at work and I am over 230 again!!!! Honestly this was a nice surprise. I have been leaning out a little lately and I thought I was going to be getting back under 215. To find out I can still afford to lose a lot more weight and still be in the "big underwear model" class was nice lol.
I will be taking it easy on squats for a while and building my way back up, hopefully quickly.
As for the rest of the time from here on, I got some busy shit coming up.
First, I start school again Monday. This is my final run towards my MBA.
Second, I started my own little bidness a week or so ago. It is just a personal financial adviser thing where I contract for a company. Pretty decent set-up and it is all commission based so I got to get my hustle on to make some money lol.
Third, my actual job is increasing the hell out of our work hours lately so as far as working out, I am going to try to get in the work when I can.
