    A lot of different rehab/prehab/mobility work on the shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles.

    Not much today since I had some household chores.... which consisted of replacing the blades on my lawnmower and then awesomely owning the shit out of my yard with precision and authority. My weight class seems to have increased lately lol. Yesterday I weighed in on our shipping scale at work and I am over 230 again!!!! Honestly this was a nice surprise. I have been leaning out a little lately and I thought I was going to be getting back under 215. To find out I can still afford to lose a lot more weight and still be in the "big underwear model" class was nice lol.

    I will be taking it easy on squats for a while and building my way back up, hopefully quickly.


    As for the rest of the time from here on, I got some busy shit coming up.
    First, I start school again Monday. This is my final run towards my MBA.
    Second, I started my own little bidness a week or so ago. It is just a personal financial adviser thing where I contract for a company. Pretty decent set-up and it is all commission based so I got to get my hustle on to make some money lol.
    Third, my actual job is increasing the hell out of our work hours lately so as far as working out, I am going to try to get in the work when I can.

    Not too shabby. Had work this morning, but actually got off at a decent time so I got some A/C half-ass pumping into the garage for this one. I am headed to the campground tomorrow and Tuesday, got school Wednesday, and got some appointments Thursday and Friday. I got my prelicensing class on Saturday and Sunday so this is probably the ONLY workout for the week :( I will try to get the big lifts in if I get a moment, but adult life is sucking right now

    Not too bad. 505x3 felt heavy as hell but I think it had more to do with me wanting to rush through these sets.
    Presses were alright but the third rep of 205 was a struggle.
    It was not a great day for lifting but it was the only time I have had to get any lifting in. Going to try squatting tomorrow.

    Not working out this week lol. It is 108 degrees in my little gym and yesterday it felt even hotter. I will get some work in if I can this week but the heat is killing it all right now.

    Alright I got tired of waiting for the weather to get any cooler, so I picked to start working out again... today... it was 106 degrees in my garage... much fun, much sweat.

    Not too bad. I was going to do more upper back work, but I am going to try and squeeze squats and deadlifts in tomorrow.

    Also, as of right now I am scheduled to head up to Connecticut on Monday! It is only a week long visit, and I will be back by Friday, but I am hoping to find a gym up there that will let me get a couple of workouts in without a hassle. If not, I will be deloading next week... even tthough I deloaded last week lol

    Alright the Connecticut trip was fairly awesome lol. Had some fun in the northeast, worked like a dog, and still got some workouts in, although they were brief. I took last week off mostly due to work and I needed to catch a breather. This week I am working with some kind of weird ache in my shoulder that only acts up when I pull with the arm, like rows. So lots of shoulder rehab this week

    Enough crying about the shoulder, I will work through it unless it gets worse or does not go away.

    Starting over with 5/3/1 for now. I only have 6 weeks until school is over for good so I will go another round with this until I have more free time.

    Not too bad. I tried to do some chinups after the benchpress but it took the ache to a a sharp pain so I am laying off on that. I think I strained something in the "side" delt. Probably at work while doing something stupidly heavy and awkward. The shrugs and curls were just to do something since my plan was to kind of keep doing a push/pull thing. Anyway, hoping I get some skwatz in tomorrow and that goes without an issue.
