3 sets 5 reps
failed on the 3rd set 5th rep. did something to my hip abductor/IT band. will be taking a break from squats till it feels better. only discomfort is when im weight bearing and walking up stairs.

Hip is still a touch sore, but after some mobility work i was able to get into position virtually pain free. that is also the most weight ive ever done with concentric squats. Bench felt on point as **** last night.
