ZERO pain while squatting. ocassionally ill experience a little pain at the very end of the day walking up the stairs to my room. lol thats about it tho

1 set 3 reps
that will be my opener. knowing my buddy was gonna be testing maxes gave me a little extra fire. which was a PR even if it was a single. really glad how well squats are going. next week will be making my second attempts, which will be 495. ill be stoked to break that 5 plate barrier.
