This program is very precise. There are no extremes...except maybe the workouts :D

So just a little bit of load and depletion but nothing extreme.

Nice training, I'm surprised you are as strong as you are considering you suffer from sweaty feet.

Keep at it, your log is always pretty cool to read through whilst sipping on a Miso soup MF.

I have the worst case of Hyperhydrosis of the hands and feet my doctor has ever seen. Its a pain.
