That's one tough day. Chest and back is hard. I've toyed with it, but can't see how I'm going to not puss out on something from being too tired...lol. Keep grinding it out, it's obviously working for you.

Hi JC3!

My height is just at or under 6"0

My weight in the first pic was 225lbs the after pic was 195lbs.
