Good stuff Bull ... thanks for the info about your back and pull-ups (that you replied to Pawg about). After the Arnold, I am really going to devote some time building my back. And I'll probably hit you up for some advice.

Them some big damn dumbells being moved for a lot of reps on incline bench!!!

I bet the chest is fukking pumped up a few inches after all that lol

Yeah... Strong pressing, really like the incline DB presses... Then you add more incline work... Beautiful man

Thanks Gregger!!! It was quite a night. Zoned pretty good but nothing like leg day. Thats coming up on Wednesday!

Damn Bull! I need to get some new bars made to load up some dumbbell inclines. Have to have all three kids lift them up for me. :)

Great work! For some reason I keep forgetting about dips. They do some serious chest and building especially when leaning forward.

I wish you were here to work out with me. We did great when you were!!! Yea the dips were great. The whole thing left me shaking bad. Rehab has been good at home. bout to do last meal...as in of the day...hope not otherwise.

Numbers, that is my biggest issue too. I have a hell of a time swinging those dumbbells up. I hate that. Once I get them up, I'm good, but it touques on my elbows a lot. Nice pressing, Bull! Killing it as usual. I see your Intra-MD is now in grape flavor. Has me clamoring for some cash.

Almost 30 reps with the hundos, holy f***! I know what to expect from you yet I'm still suprised at every entry! You have great drive, a awesome coach, and a supportive family....the sky is the limit and your heading straight up!

The cadence of these is so it is 40 seconds time under tension...brutal!!!
70 x 10

110 x 10
130 x 10 startin to feel it
140 x 10
150 x 10 really hard
150 x 10 killing me

1 minute between each set

Safety Bar Squats

110 x 20 oh.....
160 x 10
210 x 10
225 x 10 feels like a freaking house!!!
rest was 1 minute but need 2 for the next
