I have been on Zolpidem for 15 years now. Wanted to come off and tried the gummies. Do they work? Yes. As good as the Zolpidem? No. Zolpidemis a generic now so it's cheep. If you have insurance, they all cover it.

I've read anecdotal reports on DSIP working for some people as far as sleep, THC has worked for me in the past as well as delta10, Magnesium has also helped as well as Valerian.

Magnesium and valerian root never really had an effect on me. Definitely going to look into the Delta 10! Thank you so much for your reply. Greatly appreciated.

Edit Mistake: its delta 8 not delta 10! delta 8 is sleep inducing/relaxing, 10 is the opposite!

Used to do those magic mushroom’s in the late 70’s early 80’s. Would they help for sleep and pain? We used to use them to hallucinate back in the day, lol
