Used to do those magic mushroom’s in the late 70’s early 80’s. Would they help for sleep and pain? We used to use them to hallucinate back in the day, lol
Nah not sleep. Depending on the state, you often find mushroom edibles alongside thc gummies and the like. A lot of people “microdose” shrooms - small amounts that don’t cause any “trippy”response… to improve their mood and overall mental wellbeing, etc.

You might get more mileage by pairing a small dose of THC with a steady CBD base before bed. I’ve had better luck staying asleep doing that than upping THC alone. Some folks grab CBD in bulk from places like Bulk CBD since it’s easy to mix into your routine without feeling groggy. You could also try a gummy with a touch more CBN, since that one knocks me out longer.

You guys ever try a gummy 45 minutes before training? It’s the most absurd mind muscle connection I’ve ever experienced. Literally can feel the fibers attached to the bone lighting up. Reminded me of using Logs when you’re beyond sensitive to it. Especially post show when you’re taking advantage of a nice rebound.

Eat the cookie and then go train 45 minutes later. Would love to hear your feedback. The mind muscle connection was INTENSE

Not sure if this is really helpful, because you’re trying to do this most cost effective way but the ones that worked best for me were higher ratio of CBD/CBG to THC. With thc my sleep wasn’t restful and not good quality like what alcohol does to sleep patterns. The cbd + lower THC has me way more calm and relaxed 5:1, 10:1 etc. got some that had 30:1 with CBG (10 mg) that were really effective and I didn’t get dogshit sleep when I was in a lot of physical pain

Sleep was a mess for years on my side, especially with ADHD in the mix, brain just wouldn’t switch off properly no matter how tired I was.
Tried random stuff before, gummies, oils, different strains, all kinda inconsistent and I’d still wake up halfway through the night.
Ended up going the medical route recently, started treatment through Releaf in the UK and that’s the first time it’s actually felt stable, like I’m sleeping through instead of knocking out and bouncing back up at 3am
