The accused allegedly accepted orders for the drugs through e-mail, using a pseudonym, and told buyers to write deceiving messages in the subject line to avoid detection.


From this little bit of info, I can almost bet you they are telling all. All the way down to how the emails worked, boards, you name it. Facing charges like this and not being your first offense, he will help any way he can. "That" did have alot of privy info also. Just a heads up

I believe this was his 3rd offense? I know for sure it was at least his second. He from what I remember hadnt been out for 1 yr and people knew the deal but boards like E-Steroids, CM, Gymbag (which he owned) all played into the BS game money over security.
Not only did he do biz with a lot of members and have their info, but he did biz with alot of those hack ass sources on those boards.
This is why I bitch and complain about these people because they create these situations and environments where things are not contained and they compound out and have serious reprocussions for everyone.
Money has really clouded peoples judgement but I can say that about alot of other things too.

Yep and people knew who he was last time but again, he bought a forum and before you knew it he was on IL and TIBH selling his wares...gee is this a re-occurring theme?
