You probably don't want to follow what I do with GH, but I'll dilute the puck and let sit overnight to have any bubbles and allow the puck to dissolve completely. The next day I get my slin pins ready, and pull the top off the GH and draw up however much I'm taking into the slin pins until the vial is empty. I get two things, it draws up easy and two my needle is still sharp on the slin pin because it didn't have to go through the stopper.
