Weight is holding around 267lbs even with taking 2 weeks off from conditioning. I'm allowing my body to be fully recovered. Body is feeling really good and I'll be testing next week. Should pull tomorrow and then squat on Sunday.

BENCH DAY
Bench w/ pause~ bar x a lot, 95x10, 135x7, 185x5, 235x3, 265x2, 295x2
All sets were easy as they should be. Workout took very little time.
DEADLIFT DAY
Deadlift (conventional)~ 135x5, 225x5, 315x3, 365x2, 410x2, 465x2
Stance was to narrow. Will bring it out (stance & grip). Bar moved slow and I think it's b/c set up is wrong. Going back to old stance (wider). Will keep working on this b/c deadlift is stumping me for some fvcking reason. Gotta get it back to what it used to be.
SQUAT DAY
Squat~ 145x5, 235x5, 325x3, 385x2, 445x2, 495x1
Squats felt good. Broke out belt on the 495 single. I'll rest and on Wed.... time to test.
