Now UC II, 240 caps, take 1 per day. There are several 'types' of collagen. Type I II III V X. Type I +III are for skin, hair, and nails. I've never felt much from I+III, never tried V+X. Type II is for joints and I definitely feel the difference when I take or do not take it. Makes my joints feel so much better. Curcumin as also excellent for joints. Started taking curcumin about a yr. ago and definite benefits for my hands, not so much in my shoulders. The collagen really made a difference in my shoulders.
