What brand collagen?
Now UC II, 240 caps, take 1 per day. There are several 'types' of collagen. Type I II III V X. Type I +III are for skin, hair, and nails. I've never felt much from I+III, never tried V+X. Type II is for joints and I definitely feel the difference when I take or do not take it. Makes my joints feel so much better. Curcumin as also excellent for joints. Started taking curcumin about a yr. ago and definite benefits for my hands, not so much in my shoulders. The collagen really made a difference in my shoulders. Benefits are not only instant relief but has healing benefits over time.

Thanks! Definitely looking for some shoulder relief as I've been trying to cut out tylenol and NSAIDs. Tumeric has helped a bit but not enough

Creatine daily.
5mg cialis daily (for BP and a little dick boost)
Homemade bone broth daily.

Anavar occasionally if I’m dieting down to make weight for a competition.

GH daily.
2gal water daily.

Shit I guess I take a fair amount of stuff too, lol.

Ah yes, you just reminded me. I also take Cialis daily, 5mg too. There’s actually a lot of other male health benefits to Cialis than besides just being an ED med.

(costco has them on sale regularly at less than a buck a bar.
That is about it with any real consistancy, I took fish oils for a year from bulk supplements, no idea if it was helping me internally or not.
