Simple question for a non competitive lifter performing this exercise for overall deltoid mass.
I already brace my core and squeeze my ass cheeks together for increased stability throughout the movement, but would a weightlifting belt help further increase stability or would it be counterproductive ?
Tensing my thigh muscles, I've also found helps stability while overhead pressing.
I go heavy (for me) and perform 3-5 reps to failure.
