I have a perma-gut but it's only permanent because I refuse to diet 100% and cardio for me is limited to rigorous masturbation.

Try dieting, increasing cardio and maybe throw in some low dose dandelion root for extra water you may be carrying. Also bloodwork and checking your estrodial would be good.

I would also encourage rigorous masrurbation as a starting point

Diet and training will do that and work your abs so they are nice and tight high reps little to no weight involved.
Overall tbh it looks like you need a good all around training regimen, the gut will follow.

oh and the masturbation of course:)

Make sure you have all your air exhaled during your contracting part of your movements as well.
so breathe OUT as contracting, dont hold your breath

Have you tried a probiotic?

Kinda funny cause I sell probiotics but sometimes this can be an intestinal issue

That does look weird though. Are you sticking that out? I'd up the cardio and cut back on the carbs and up the water. When I'm getting a little soft in the belly/back area that does wonders for me. Even shrinks my face visably in a few weeks.
