I actually was doing them again but I strained my bicep then tweaked up the other wrist, I cant do many, Im not 300 like you but they suck at 275 as well.
Still I always liked doing them...as soon as this wrist injury is good enough Ill get back on it...thanks bigscott.
anytime bro !! you hold 275 well and feel 300 lbs for you would be a good weight !! it should get you onstage at around 250 - 255 lbs hard .. injury's suck it seems soon as things start coming together bang setbacks but guess its part of beating the crap out of ourselves to achieve certain goals
