Well it’s been 2 weeks since I had my Achilles repaired and ankle
A lot of nerve shit esp at night and with my back fused and neck I stopped sleeping on my back well guess what
I have to sleep on my back with this stupid floating cast or my heel bumps into cast
And ugh pretty sore

no pain meds but 3 days
Done on purpose

should be going into a walking cast next week
Going to be a long year
But I’m shooting for Father’s Day to be able to run again and work legs good

just sitting here getting fat

Been few weeks started walking with boot back around October 16ish
Way ahead of sch
Went from scooter to walking
Fk crutches
But Friday I got a Jones fracture
But hey still walking

bpc and tb500 seem to be working well
And trt of 150 ew
And 2iu if red tops nightly

damn Achilles is big
Gained so bf
Which is driving me crazy

but Wolfie is still alive

I was just deployed all the time and she was 9 years younger then me so we drifted but always did right by kids
