Well it’s been 2 weeks since I had my Achilles repaired and ankle
A lot of nerve shit esp at night and with my back fused and neck I stopped sleeping on my back well guess what
I have to sleep on my back with this stupid floating cast or my heel bumps into cast
And ugh pretty sore

no pain meds but 3 days
Done on purpose

should be going into a walking cast next week
Going to be a long year
But I’m shooting for Father’s Day to be able to run again and work legs good

just sitting here getting fat

Sorry to hear. Ive done it several times to the same foot playing basketball. Looked like a purple football. TRT dose cut my recovery in half. Maybe bpc150?
