Shaker cups

I'll have to check that out, just bite the bullet and buy like 50 of them and not have to worry bout it again.... Are they like the max muscle ones?

NOT SURE!! but i will say this I drink 8 of these a dday with water. I use them for everything, gym, yardwork, pool and work. Everytime i order i get 3 free and order another 7 or 8.

Ive been using the same purple tupperware plastic cup for easily 18 years. Doesnt smell, etc. Ive used those shaker cups occasionally, and they do tend to smell up pretty quickly. Tupperware seems like best solution to me!

Water bottles... use a funnel. SHAKE AND CHUG. chucks build character.

Ive used gatoraide bottles in the past with gatoraide in them, works in a pinch for sure... And toss when done.
