Guys it's been hell but I'm getting my crap together and ready to reload. I had to get my mind right and I think all will be well now. I can move forward and move on. I appreciate all my family here sticking with me and having my back!

Ok....this is humbling but I need to get back into training after not training for 3-4 months. Plus, my brother POBhas set my programming up and I will be soon switching. Maybe a couple weeks of this and then to POB's torture. Lol. Either way it was good to be back in the gym.

Those are impressive numbers for someone who hasn't trained for several months. Can't wait to see what you put up after getting back into the swing of things.

That's the lightest bench numbers I've seen you put up but you'll be back to crushing numbers we're trying to achieve in no time.

It'll be interesting to see where your bench ends up from PoB's protocol.
