Which do you think is better? Running before or after you lift?

If Im doing cardio in the same workout as Weight training I always do it at the end. I actually preffer to do cardio in a separate workout if I have the time.

I think it is better to do it after weight training but I tend to not do it at all if it isn't the first thing I do when I walk into the gym.

I try to break it up into a seperate workout. Lift in the morning and run in the afternoons. If the same workout I run after lifting and it sucks.

neither.
its been a long time since there were cops chasing me.
that being said, it depends on what you're trying to accomplish by running...
if you are doing it to lose weight then your best bet is to do it on its own, preferably fasted.
if your doing it just to maintain heart health and cardio while maintaining muscle then you'd probably be better off doing it after weight training at a moderate pace

I use the elliptical trainers in the beginning. Sometimes for more than one hour, sometimes for only 25 minutes. I depends what I have done the days before. :) and the rowers.
