Figured I would throw this up. Might help keep me focused. Getting ready for a meet in 4.5 weeks. Been dealing with some hip issues for a few months now so my squat has taken a beating. I have squatted maybe 3 times in the last 2 months, and will be lucky if I can squat one more time before the meet . Best squat was 633 raw with wraps at 198, making a move to full raw so we will see. Hope by some miracle I can muster a 584.2
