Really good squat session. Last week I had a pivotal moment while squatting. That moment where something you have known for years just clicks. I started to really drive my back hard into the bar out of the hole and it has made a world of difference. Set a huge PR today, and this is after not squatting for months.. After this meet, I am going to regroup, and I think this will be a game changer for my squat.

I know what you mean about when things click. It happened one day while I was deadlifting. Suddenly I was pulling 600 like I used to pull 315.

Then I took a semester off from the gym :( gone forever

HAH Actually that happened to me on deadlift for a while. It all clicked, then it was just gone, it was like the "feeling" I had when I pulled vanished, and I went full retard. Luckily my DL is back.

Nothing like changing your entire squat form 3 weeks out. Very confidence inspiring. lol I am just excited to see where this goes when I have some time to work on it more.

One of the greatest training feelings ever. I never experienced that Arnold pump orgasm, but I start to get shaky and amped up, all smiles when something clicks!

Your peak is damn impressive.
