I know what you mean about when things click. It happened one day while I was deadlifting. Suddenly I was pulling 600 like I used to pull 315.Really good squat session. Last week I had a pivotal moment while squatting. That moment where something you have known for years just clicks. I started to really drive my back hard into the bar out of the hole and it has made a world of difference. Set a huge PR today, and this is after not squatting for months.. After this meet, I am going to regroup, and I think this will be a game changer for my squat.
