Thanks IornSoul, I did a carb load Sunday to see if I can get my Metabolism ramped back up. The dieting has really got my recovery lagging. Should get some good pumps this week. After this show I'm really gonna evaluate all the parts that have to come up and go after them big time. I'm seeing now that my shoulders need a lot more work too. along with my entire back and upper arms. And hammies and calves as TG graciously pointed out. LOL
