Thank you buddy. I gotta have insane conditioning this time to overcome my tiny lats. LOL and as TG pointed out my hammies and calves - but he failed to mention my lack of glutes, HMMM haha

Well not a ton of noticeable changes. Weight has dropped to 235.8 still chipping away.

Thanks IornSoul, I did a carb load Sunday to see if I can get my Metabolism ramped back up. The dieting has really got my recovery lagging. Should get some good pumps this week. After this show I'm really gonna evaluate all the parts that have to come up and go after them big time. I'm seeing now that my shoulders need a lot more work too. along with my entire back and upper arms. And hammies and calves as TG graciously pointed out. LOL

Not sure why but today's pics look like I haven't done anything for 2 weeks but eat pizza. I may be being over critical but something isn't adding up. Only changes were upping the intensity of cardio to 150bpm instead of 135 (via coaches request) and switching super supplement brands to one that is obviously weaker. Got the supplements fixed but I think I need to reduce the intensity on my cardio back to 135-140bpm. Honestly I never looked right after the carb load last Sunday.
