Day 5 of recovery from HoLEP, not fun but manageable and progressing as expected. Path report came back this morning, negative for PCa and PIN, that's a big fucking relief. Given they had 1/3 of various parts of my entire prostate to examine, its reassuring there's probably nothing there.

Exactly 5 months today. Almost 100% recovered. Flow is excellent, no pain at this point can empty in seconds vs minutes. Bladder capacity is 2 - 3x what it was pre surgery. Max now when I wake up, up to 850 ml. Can sleep through the night with no need to get up. Haven't had that ability and capacity since I was 20. Erectile function is improved, orgasms feel much better, no pain just pleasure. Rare leakage but almost completely resolved. Only down side is dry ejaculation and I knew that going in. The surgeon I had was very good, she is a wizard with a laser.
