2 Scoops 50g Isopure Whey Isolate

8oz. ground beef
Meal 4
Duck Breast
1/2 Sweet Potato
Meal 5
4 hot dogs with sugar free bbq sauce
Giant fucking salad w/ ceaser dressing
Meal 6
2 Scoops Whey
2 TB Peanut Butter
tired as hell... Up late last night though. Didn't sleep well. Early bed tonight. Nothing crazy to report. I'm still alive. Was hot and sweaty today, but thats caues it was 81
Couple more days till this gets fun. Also as you'll note, I'm no longer on the keto but I am making my best effort to keep my protein/fat meals separate from my protein/carb meals.
