Woke up at 2am and hung on the porch listening to my neighbor taking the pipe.
Went back to bed around 4 woke up at 7 and had the urge to hit the prowler. Texted coach DYS for approval.
Did 7 laps cause I counted 2 as a warm up. No weight just a hard sprint.
Light low rows for 3 sets of 15 with a pronated grip then 3 x 15 with a neutral grip
Hammer curls 3 x 10 at 35lbs
Plate pinches - 2 tens for 30 seconds 5 rounds per hand
Reverse wrist curls (tennis elbow prevention) 4 x 15 at 20lbs
Feeling amazing after that prowler work. Doing this on the regular.
Also woke up to abs this morning at 248lbs. Still got some love handle shit. In due time...
