Fluff day. Boy was that boring. I haven't been in and out of the gym in an hour in a long as time...

Basically I did stuff.

Back attack
Overhead press
Pushdown
Curls
Belt squat
Maybe other shit I dunno... it was all just sets of 10 flush out crap.

I get asked a lot what back attack is. This is me on it today. Please note my calves are jacked as fuck and veins showing up now too :)

started following ya on the Gram...the 585 triple was too easy...good shit...but with all the noods going around, this just seemed appropriate....

Woke up at 2am and hung on the porch listening to my neighbor taking the pipe.

Went back to bed around 4 woke up at 7 and had the urge to hit the prowler. Texted coach DYS for approval.

Did 7 laps cause I counted 2 as a warm up. No weight just a hard sprint.

Light low rows for 3 sets of 15 with a pronated grip then 3 x 15 with a neutral grip

Hammer curls 3 x 10 at 35lbs

Plate pinches - 2 tens for 30 seconds 5 rounds per hand

Reverse wrist curls (tennis elbow prevention) 4 x 15 at 20lbs

Feeling amazing after that prowler work. Doing this on the regular.

Also woke up to abs this morning at 248lbs. Still got some love handle shit. In due time...

Trained at Club DYS. Rough day today

Worked up to a heavy triple at 515... missed rep 3. So 475 was the top set.

Back offs real light at 335 and on second set something went horribly wrong. Hips shot back and I fell over backwards. Except the bar bounced into the pins which launched me foreword and bar went over head.

Then did prowler and vomited a tad after 4 laps. Long laps. Like a mile long laps.
