Still trying out this new bench technique... seems to be decent. Shoulder hurts a little less like this and the weight is moving faster. Been so long since I could bench heavy though so I am building back up.
Worked up in 7's to 295lbs for a top set at 9... missed half of the last rep so overshot a bit. Still happy tho.

KP surprised me when he did the same weight for 5 @ 9... shocked actually

LololololololololollllllllIf you need a plan or coach for the cookies and milk thing, I'm your guy. Included are cookies total, 1smc percentages (1 sitting max cookie) and a spread sheet. I have a specific brand of cookies I'd like you to do, but will leave it up to you if you can't decide, then fine tune it once you get dialed in.
