Watch out for the sled pull flu, gets me every time. Being over a gram and the drol could have added to the gassing out possibly?

Its possible yeah. So its something to watch for. I still don't have my appetite back though and haven't touched drol since Saturday morning.

So last night I was banging the living hell out of hips and got the worst hamstring cramp of my life... Note to self, take bottom next time.

Active Recovery... You and I sir have different ideas on that subject... I like your thinking though lol.

I'll be honest, its a new idea for me. Recovery for me usually means the couch and some donuts lol

excellent work on the 530 double and then the abuse to the wheels!

I ****ing dare you to beat that PR.
