Its has me thinking that I might want to go back to conventional pulling if I'm pulling raw. I think I might play with that for a while.

Yeah, give it a try and see. I know for myself I can't pull sumo at least no raw. I wish I could b/c pulling sumo would increase my conventional.

I have it set at 350. I think I might bump to 365 or so. I managed to get every rep in and it wasn't too bad.

Deads today... Towards the end I realized I used my equipped 1RM to calculate this... Not loling at the trauma this caused. My ass is grass. I'm actually going to have to bring it down about 20lbs since I couldn't even finish today.

Conventional Deads to the knees
285 x 3
345 x 3, 3
405 x 3, 3
435 x 3, 3, 3, 3

Incline Bench
185 x 6, 6, 6, 6

Conventional Deficit Deads
From 4 1/2 inch box
315 x 4
380 x 4
that was a bit much so swapped out the box for a plate
428 x 3, 2
485 x 0 total failure

God damn that was brutal...

nice job POB. If you made if through bench flawless then it needs to come up. great job today bro.. thought about sheiko and even printed everything out and recalculated everything and backed out. need to get some core squat and knee rehad back first. then Im gonna play again

I took vids of the whole thing... You can actually see me realize this during the deficit deads. I kinda look at the bar and shake my head lol... That was it.

I lost a little piece of myself today.
